"I am excited to invest in the upcoming Green Commune in Palash. The plan put forth by Vilas Javdekar and team is commendable. Maximum utilization of natural resources for day-lighting and use of fly ash to reduce thermal cracks are some responsible steps taken to reduce the ever-rising concern of global warming. These demonstrate a systematic way forward for energy conservation in building design which is need of the hour.The least I could do to support them in this unique venture was to become a part of the community itself. I had to overcome some initial financial hiccups to materialize, but it all seems worth an effort and providing value for money.

"I had a very pleasant experience of dealing with Vilas Javdekar & Associates (Javdekar Eco homes) for the purchase of an apartment unit at Palash 2i.The man - I have been communicating with Mr Aditya Javdekar for over a year now, and I found him to be a qualified & knowledgeable professional with forward looking perspective. However what struck me most is that he is also a thorough gentleman. I can say this with reasonable conviction because of certain experiences I had which I am narrating below.
The Palash 2i was launched in 2008 with attractive features & an interesting finance scheme called Green Umbrella. It was love at first sight for the project for me and so I booked an apartment by paying Rs 1 lakh token money in Sept 2008. However soon the recessionary clouds dampened the outlook and hence several investors including myself wanted to withdraw from the scheme. Mr Javdekar was prompt in accepting the change of our mind and paid the entire money back without any hesitation or deductions. After the uncertainties were receding, I decided to come back in the project and he was equally magnanimous in offering a good deal, being an old friend in his own words.
The project - The modern / forward outlook of this builder / developer is evident from the environment friendly features found in all the new launches which have earned their schemes Green Home awards and eco sensitive clientele like me. I am sure many people must be impressed and willing to pay some additional amount solely for the sake of the environment which the eco homes promise to take care.
The organization - I was happy to see the customer service persons & Mr Javdekar personally keen to understand the expectations and concerns of customers - both present and prospective. However I was more pleased to see them equally keen to meet & hear customers even after final sale deed. Usually the experience with many other builders is different on this count. The site and office persons are equally caring and promptly take care of the requirements of the flat owners.
Overall I am very happy to be part of the Eco homes family and look forward to investing more in their future projects. "
